What We Do
CODEX LAND provides integrated services across electric transmission line design and project management, vegetation management, and professional land surveying. Our team supports energy infrastructure and land development projects with field data collection, technical design, geospatial analysis, constructability assessment, and project coordination from early development through final deliverables.
With project experience using PLS, MFAD, CarlsonCAD, GIS, and related design and field technologies, we collect and interpret the information needed to support transmission design, surveying, right-of-way and vegetation planning, permitting, construction preparation, asset management, and long-term infrastructure maintenance.
